About Us

Valencia is the founder/owner of Organized Chaos By V. She is a mother of two sons, five bonus children and has nine grandchildren. She has been organizing  physical and digital spaces for as long as she can remember.


Organized Chaos By V serves Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding cities within 100 miles. We also serve Chattanooga, TN and Cincinnati, OH. Nationwide travel for in-person services is available for an additional fee and advance scheduling.

Valencia is not just an organizer, organizing is who she is. In corporate America, Valencia always left her mark! She would organize supply inventory, restructure the filing systems, standardize and simplify digital filing systems, create processes, manuals, etc. She always went above and beyond to help organize the office and create organizational systems to help relieve stress, increase efficiency, productivity and improve office morale. She would work with each person to create a system that was a good fit for them and was never judgmental or pushy. Her bubbly personality allows her to help you to transform your chaos into tranquility with ease.

Valencia's  willingness to help to make things better for others is something that makes her stand out. She has no problem tackling the small and big jobs. She is a very patient, compassionate person who won’t come into your home and pressure you to throw everything away as she knows that each person’s style of organization can be unique. She will come to your home or office, take time to listen to your wants and needs, then develop a system that allows you to become organized and be able to maintain it. The  Process

Step 1: Discovery Call 

This is a FREE brief 15 to 20-minute call where we ask question to find out more about your project, timeline, your frustrations and budget.

Step 2: Organizing Consultation

This is a one-hr. in-person consultation where we tour the space, discuss your needs in depth, take photos and measurements (if applicable) to provide recommendations. 

Step 3: Set-Up Organizing Plan

We will provide an estimate of hours and/or recommend a package to fit your needs based on the data gathered from consultation. Invoice is sent, payment collected for booking and first session date/time is set.

Step 4: Let the Organizing Begin

We arrive and work with you or independently to sort, purge and relocate items to the correct room while organizing.  Once we have completed the job, we will conduct a walk-through.
